Please note there will be times you are unable to dial before you dig ( ie –might be acting under the supervision of The principal ), & you do hit a cable, there is a good chance you will be held liable/ partially liable for the damage. If this is the case under Majority, if not all Liability Policies your claim will be denied, due to you not locating the services.
